As a bride, you most probably picked your Maid-Of-Honor, Secondary Sponsors, and Bridesmaids because they are special and close to your heart. Whether they are your sister, a relative, or close friends, members of the entourage were chosen to have a role in the wedding because you want to ensure that they are beside you on your big day.
Make sure that your girls look their best on your wedding day with these trending adorable fashion ideas for their dresses!
Go for the classic one shade but different styles
Having your ladies dressed in one shade but in different designs is a classic move in weddings. Give your entourage the chance to showcase their personality and preference by letting them choose unique cuts and styles.
Add variety by having one color in different shades
If you want some play of colors for your entourage's dresses, you may choose one color but in different shades. You get to enjoy seeing them wear your favorite color and adding individuality to each woman in various hues. It's up to you if you want them wearing the same style or let them choose different cuts and designs as well.
Look wonderful in white
Glam your wedding by making your ladies look lovely in white. Never go wrong with white because it is classy and elegant. Wearing white also makes anyone more radiant. While you are on it to make your bride squad shine brightly, you may even give them quick beauty hacks. Don't worry- as the bride, you still will stand out from the rest!
Be bold in black
While black is not a popular choice of color motif for weddings, it is actually not that bad. Black spells out boldness and sophistication. Make your wedding edgy by getting your girls to wear black. You can also be assured that your entourage will use their dresses afterward as a little black dress (LBR). That black dress makes a good entourage gift!
Sparkle in metallic
Want to have a glamorous, old Hollywood feel for your wedding? Why not try dressing up your entourage in sparking metallics! You can select dresses in gold, silver, or bronze. If budget permits, you can even add beadwork for that extra shimmer.
make it fun with jewel-toned dresses
Make your wedding colorful and happy by getting jewel-toned dresses for your bridesmaids! You can either have one jewel-toned color or go with different hues for each lady. You might even want to consider matching the color theme to the meaningful color of your engagement ring to remind you of the memorable day when you said yes.
Be blooming with mismatched florals
Be creatively different with mismatched floral print dresses for your bride squad! Not only does this give a dainty look for your chosen women, but it exudes a fresh styling as well. This design is perfect for outdoor and garden weddings.
Create layers with different lengths
Empower your ladies by letting them choose the hemline height that is most suited to their bodies. It makes your ladies more confident in your wedding and gives a uniqueness that looks interesting.
Here are other fashion ideas that you can adapt to make your wedding a feast in the eye.
Come up with a nice pre-ceremony look
Do not forget the pre-ceremony shoot you will have with your entourage! You can come up with a themed pre-ceremony look such as matching robes or a laidback styling such as wearing pajamas or loungewear.
Having a themed look for the pre-ceremony will make the wedding photos more exciting as it shows a different side of the ladies before being glammed up.
Add coordinated details
If you gave your wonderful women the freedom to vary their dresses, you could implement coordinated detailing to have a shared look. They can have the same hairstyles and accessories, or everyone has a glam makeup look or red lipsticks on. Through this, your entourage will also be easily distinguished from other guests.
Share the love to mother earth
Since going green is a trend nowadays, you can choose to be sustainable by looking for clothing made with eco-friendly materials with a larger life cycle from companies that commit to a cleaner environment. This clothing will allow you to be mindful of the products you use even after the wedding and inspire your entourage and guests to do the same and start supporting sustainable items.
Wrapping up
Your wedding is the most important day for you and your soon-to-be husband. But it does not mean that you can't let your entourage shine on that day too. Show your love for them by making them look good on this wondrous occasion.

She expresses to her photographer what poses they must get, and what places in the venue they must shoot in. What happens when there is no time on your wedding day to get the bridal portraits you want? Your hair didn’t come out like you wanted to, you can’t find your bouquet and you’re now over it, you just want to walk down the aisle and marry your husband.
Weeks after the wedding you receive your photos and you're not satisfied because you really wanted your bridal portraits to be how you imagined it on your wedding day. How do you prevent being disappointed by not having your dream bridal portraits? Simple, booking a bridal Portrait after session!
What are Bridal Portraits After Sessions?
A bridal Portrait after sessions is photos of a bride after the wedding at a later date. Doing so ensures that the bride gets an ample amount of time to get portraits of just her, without distractions of unpredictable wedding events. Having a one on one session with your photographer allows them to get the perfect shot without being rushed or put on a strict time restraint.
Also If the weather plays a part in you not being able to have your outside, light, and airy photos on your wedding day, scheduling an after session will give you a Plan B solution to not regretting not being able to get your dream photos due to a rainy day.

Wedding Tips
I’ve shot over 15 weddings (and counting) so I have seen it all, from tracking down missing rings to overly hungry brides. Hopefully, these wedding tips will help ensure that you won’t have to become a bridezilla and enjoy your big day!
I’ve shot over 50 weddings (and counting) so I have seen it all, from tracking down missing rings to overly hungry brides. Hopefully, these wedding tips will help ensure that you won’t have to become a bridezilla and enjoy your big day!
Tip #1
Bustling your Wedding Dress
You’re about to enter your reception but you need to bustle your dress, you call for your sister or whoever was with you when taught how to bustle it. But that was months ago and you can’t physically help all you can do is shout “It should be some loops at the bottom of the dress!”
But your sister forgot where exactly the loops are and the loops are small and white camouflage in the dress. You get frustrated and say forget it and just decided to hold your train for the rest of the night.
Just get some paper clips or safety pins and pinned them on the loops, that way the person who is bustling your dress can see the loops in no time without frantically searching. A safety pin? That’s it? Yes try it, and don't worry you won’t be able to see them in your photos, unless you get the grandma gigantic pins/paper clips, please don't do that.
Tip #2
Listen to Mother Nature
It’s been known that guests skip out early during outside weddings. Mosquitos are the #2 reason next the sun blaring out heat. If you having a Georgia wedding in the summer, then you should definitely remember Georgia mosquitoes are nothing to play with.
Consider renting a pest control tank to alleviate the bites or buy bug repellent in guest gift bags.
To beat the heat you can have fans with the program written on it to save money or you can have a sunset ceremony so your guest won’t be baking in the heat. Make sure you check out sunrisesunset.com to ensure your ceremony with start in time for the sunset. One last thing, make sure your venue has a plan B option in case of rain!
Tip#3
Send Off (Alternatives)
What’s a better way to go out with a bang with a sparkler send-off? But the venue you chose don’t allow “fireworks” on the property. Don’t worry there are some (cheap) alternatives to have an awesome send-off.
If you’re having a send-off in the daytime you can use bubbles, which will be fun for kids and could be used as a wedding favor as well. Confetti is the messiest, depends on what type of confetti you use, and no glitter is not considered confetti. Lastly, a balloon release is my favorite because you don’t have to worry about cleaning up waste and it adds a pop of color to your photos.
A night for a send-off you can use glow sticks which can also be fun for kids. Or paper lanterns in which can be warmingly cool.
Tip #4
Kids or No Kids?
Who doesn’t love the babies? But when you and your soon to be husband are exchanging vowels and all you hear is baby girl crying on the top of her lungs, you probably feel the regret of allowing kids at the wedding. Saying “Please leave kids at home” on the invitation may sound mean and inconsiderate, so here’s a solution to a kid-free ceremony.
Hire a wedding babysitter!
Sounds simple? It is, wedding babysitters come in clutch because you won’t have to kids running around and parents freaking out because they can’t find their little ones. Most brides have a designated area for the kids and babysitter to be in during the ceremony, that way the kids are in one place supervised by an adult.

Mr. & Mrs. Update: The Maxwells
Janice & Chuck Maternity Photos
Janice and Chuck was our first wedding when we found Love In Motion, that was 3 years ago. So when I received a text from Janice asking me if we remember them. I replied, “Of course I do!!”
Janice told me the news of her and Maxwell expecting their first child together and wanted me to capture her maternity photos, I was ecstatic.
With Janice being due any second now we decided just to do the maternity session in her home! We first shot outside with her husband and two boys. Luckily there was a blooming tree of flowers and a lake to set our pictures up with a colorful and beautiful background.
Once we were done shooting outside (before the sun decided to come out from hiding) we headed inside to do some shots in the nursery. Janice told me that 80% of her decor and furniture was from Letgo, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace and DIY projects! I couldn't believe it, I told her she did an amazing job pulling it all together!
Last shot a fun shot of course! The boys were really feeling these last set of photos!
Before I packed up Chuck said, “Hey you have to get a picture of me with my diaper bag.” I said you have a Diaper bag? He pulled out an “Army diaper bag” The cutest thing I have ever seen!
A couple of days after the shoot, Janice sent me this text to express how she was happy with the session!
